Quality Craftsmanship

Owning a home is about issues and opportunities. Sometimes, you’ll have issues that need to be taken care of. In other cases, you’ll have opportunities to change or enhance your home. In either of these cases, we’re here for you. Whether you need a small, handyman-type repair or a start-to-finish renovation or construction project, CTC will get it done for you.

Call Us for a Checkup.

While some specialize in certain types of projects, CTC wants to simply specialize in what you need. In a way, you could think of what we do as an annual checkup. Just like your medical health, your home’s health changes over time. With some things, you’ll know the changes. You’ll see them and they’ll be apparent. In other cases, there may be elements that an experienced, trained set of eyes can reveal.

That’s where we come in. Every 6 to 12 months, we’ll schedule a time to give your house a head-to-toe checkup. At that time, everything may be in good working condition. In that case, we’ll give your house a clean bill of health and book your next review. If, on the other hand, our review reveals a series of small issues, we can take care of those for you.

And if our check reveals more serious conditions, we can draw on our experience and extensive set of specialized partners to get things back on track. And of course along the way, we’ll be here for you to make that next renovation, expansion or break ground on a brand new project.

No matter what your need is, let CTC bring the solution home for you!

All estimates are free and flexible according to materials and scheduling.

Testimony to Results.

Through time, CTC Renovation has gained valuable experience helping our customers reach their goals. We’re proud of that … and proud to share some samples of our work, along with comments from those we’ve worked with.

“There are several reasons Chris and I felt comfortable working with you: 1. You were referred by our neighbor, 2. You were knowledgeable as shown by your attention to detail and suggestions on design 3. Ultimately you did what you said you would do and how.”

“Thanks so much for the wonderful job you did on our bathroom and shower. WE LOVE IT!”

“Cary, having access to references and seeing your work was the biggest selling point. You said some or all of the following things in the sales process, which wouldn’t necessarily have sealed the deal by itself, but having our neighbors and friends, who we know and whose judgement we trust, confirm that you “put your money where your mouth is” was what sealed the deal. Seeing that you did this on our house as well, allows us to recommend you without hesitation.”

“Our first exposure to Mr. Thompson was during a home show at Hy-Vee Hall in downtown Des Moines. Mr. Thompson seemed very genuine and interested in answering our questions. There was no sales pitch or pressure involved. After deciding to conduct a home interview with Mr. Thompson we were pleased with his ability to offer ideas as we expressed what we thought we wanted in our remodel project. Patience was a virtue often displayed by Mr. Thompson as our plans changed multiple times during the design process. The desire to keep our home as clean as possible during demolition and construction was much appreciated and the perfection of the work is still evident today.”

“We wanted to sell our home, and we knew we had to do something with our kitchen first. We were worried about the mess involved and the cost. Our neighbors had their kitchen (and more) remodeled by CTC Renovation. They said that while it was an intense makeover, the process was explained well, dust was controlled, and the process went as described. We had CTC remodel our kitchen and adjoining areas. We agree with our neighbors – it went as planned, it was within our budget, and the results are phenomenal. We are planning to use CTC to build our new home!”

“We want to thank you for your time and effort to make the bathroom wonderful.

We are thoroughly enjoying it!”
